For our Client, a large and well-known company with a strong market position, we are seeking candidates for the position of HR Manager. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of broadly understood HR policies in the company’s branches in the CEE region (excluding Poland) and participation in entering new markets.

Responsibilities:

  • support senior and local management and executives in the area of personnel matters in the CEE market (excl. Poland),
  • recruitment and selection of key management and executive employees for the  CEE region,
  • participation and implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives for the region such as salary policy, mobility policy, development policy etc.,
  • building bridges between HQ and Countries taking into account cultural differences, local practices,
  • at as a knowledge transfer agent – ensuring that experts from different countries are linked, cooperate, share knowledge,
  • onboard and share company’s best practice with the local HR Teams.

Requirements:

  • several years of relevant work experience in which you have been responsible as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner for multiple countries,
  • experience in opening new markets from an HR perspective (building structures, HR policies implementation),
  • master´s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field,
  • fluent language skills in English required,
  • mobility across Europe,
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • well-balanced personality, positive thinker, respectful with people,
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
  • ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
